Learn the basic precepts
of the Chakras and the importance of the chakras in our everyday life.
This class includes a handbook and certificate of completion. Choose one of the following

Chakra Balancing
Learn to work with
gemstones, color and sound to balance your chakras. In addition, learn
a simple, effective method to balance the Chakras of
others. This class includes a handbook, a pendulum, gemstones for each
chakra and a certificate of completion. Choose one of the following
dates:
Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at 6:30 pm
Saturday, January 22, 2005 at 10:00 am
Saturday, July 30, 2005 at 10:00 am
Tuition for class is $60 due at start of
class. Pay one week prior to the date of
your class and receive a $10 discount. If
you already own a pendulum you may bring it with
you to class and save $10.

Yokra (Yoga for the Chakras)
This is an interactive class where the student learns
simple Yoga Asanas (postures) to help them become more in tune with their
Chakras and their state of balance.

Chakra Intensive Class

 Based on the book "The Sevenfold
Journey" by Anodea Judith and Selene Vega, this class allows the
student to study each Chakra in depth. This class will meet one
evening each month and will include
journaling, exercises, meditation and group interaction.
